Now on its ninth year, PIMEX is an established and successful event in the marine and leisure calendar. As the 2011 edition showed, the show is well attended by luxury brands and individuals keen to buy. Over 6,000 individuals were involved and USD$20 million of product was sold. Like its location, PIMEX is a relaxed event where participants celebrate the boating, leisure and luxury lifestyle in an ideal tropical destination. The show is more than boats on display but also an opportunity to see the latest luxury cars, properties and engage in some Phuket hospitality. Opening day at the Miami Boat Show

The Miami Boat Show commenced on thursday 16th February and the feedback on the state of the marine industry has been very positive ! The Show was opened with an address to maritime industry professional at the 'State of the Industry Breakfast' where performance graphs and figures were presented to analysis the current trends in the industry. Several awards were presented including recognition to Ed Mckiernan and Ralph Lambrecht for NMMA Innovation Award. Beneteau also received an award for it's 'Toucan Touch' mobile software system.
