ACRONAUTIC was formed in 2007 as an International Business Company and specializes in Marine Project Management, provision of professional maritime advice and product sales of marine goods including custom luxury tenders ( DARIEL ) and recreational appliances. A common goal shared throughout the organisation is the development and promotion of the marine industry in general through its people and dealings with likeminded businesses.

In 2009 ACRONAUTIC launched a Recruitment division providing an online facility for mariners and seek a new career path or source new employees. The online system shall enable job seekers and employers to communicate and securely share information.
